To check the current firmware version of your large Pana display, you can use your Pana remote and follow this sequence:
Click “OK” + “Volume Up” + “OK” + “Volume Down” + “OK” + “OK”.
This will bring up the service menu, and the FW and MCU version will be displayed at the top. Please provide these number to Jupiter support and they will advise if an update is required.
