Crestron UC-CX100-T
When the MTR app is launched it performs a vertical resolution query and if it sees anything other than “1080” coming from the MTR unit it forces a 1080p resolution.
Even after you use the XML file to force anything else.
Soultion:
Bring up the OSD and navigate to Advanced/ HDMI Version. Switch HDMI from 2.0 to 1.4 and instantly the Pana will auto-negotiate 2560 x 1080 with the Crestron MTR unit.
Make sure they do it for the HDMI input the Crestron unit is connected to as it’s HDMI port specific for Touch Pana models.
This in combination with H/V Stretch will correct this issue
